Fun Congratulations
This card was inspired by my cousin Paige. These colors always make me think of her and I love putting them together! It is a light and fun and funky congratulations card. The background paper is a glitter paper, for a shiny accent. These colors, the bright blues and greens, easily put someone in a great mood. This card is great for occasions like a middle school or high school graduation, or any congratulatory event!
