Blue is not part of the card. It was the background of the scanner. The lighter pink polka card has fuzzy feeling polka dots. It is raised off of the darker pink paper. The I <3 you is also raised off of the lighter pink paper. The swirl circle is a button like piece. It is just a funky fun card for a love!
