Sample Invite
This is the wedding invitation from my wedding. Our color scheme was chocolate brown and a light green. I also used an off white for smaller accents. I randomly came up with this design. I love squares, the plates in my house are even square! So I knew I had to include a square design somehow, and that is how I came up with the invitation.
Because it is square I needed to decide how to utilize three panels for wedding information. On the left panel is the wording in French. I decided to do this because the hotel we were getting married at is a French hotel, so that became a part of our theme as well. The center panel is a monogram of our last initial that we designed and used throughout the decor. The right panel is the information in English.
When closed I tied the green ribbon in a bow around the invite to hold it closed. It was enclosed in a square cream envelope.
